Brown-Johnson Post 792 is one of the most active VFW's within the state of Vermont. We have a Membership of over 400, and an active and supportive Ladies Auxiliary. Our Post is also host to a Men's Auxiliary. We are active within the community and Veteran's Affairs within the State.
Our Post hosts many events through the year, we are opening our arms and hearts to our younger Veterans, without them the Veterans of Foreign Wars will cease to exist in the future. If you are a returning Veteran or a Veteran who has decided you've waited long enough, join a Post that recognizes that Veterans are the greatest people that our Country has to offer.
Our Post meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month, with dinner at 6pm for attendees, meeting starts at 630pm. The Post Home has a separate dining/ballroom off the Canteen. The Dining room can hold events accomodating up to 200 people. It features a small stage, dance floor and has it's own bar off of a full service kitchen. The dining/ballroom can be reserved for members functions.
